it's been a long time ago

Hey!

it's been a long time ago, I know but I just didn't want to write or I didn't wanted to make time for it.

But here we are again ad now i will tell you something about my holiday from some weeks ago.

the first day
We did put up our tent with much struggles and we also had a sort of party tent standing before our tent where we slept in. then we did put up all the other stuff we needed and we had a fancy camping place, at least we found it fancy some people were like huh? what are you doing here?

The camping had a little cute playground with a trampoline and e and my friend jumped on it and relaxed a little on it too, we always relax on it at her home so it was nice they had it her too. after a while it did get some colder and it was time to go into the tent because if we didn't it would get a way too cold.

the second day

First of all we woke up with a loud yawn (at least I did) And then I heard a soft sound on  the tent what really looked like rain… I  carefully opened the tent and felt some little little rain but not much, I was happy.  We were standing up and eating something, I really enjoy apple syrup (appelstroop in Dutch) on my bread and it was pretty relaxed that morning but then we saw the time and realised that we were a little bit late because we wanted to go a half hour ago to the fun-fair that we planned to do. we dropped all our stuff on the table and didn't took that much time to wash the dishes. We closed our tent because if we didn't it would be full with spiders and that sounds like a big nightmare. We came to the fun-fair and we saw a person in some clothes from a big bear, I really like those things and said enthusiastic to my friend lets take a picture! so we made a fancy picture with the animal from the fun-fair. We went into a lot of attractions and we had a really nice day, only at the end some rain. we did bike a little back to our tent but stopped halfway to eat in a restaurant where i did pay for here because it was close to her birthday and this was her birthday present. She was surprised and really liked it! in the restaurant we had some guys looking at us and we thought that it was a little bit creepy…. and they went all apart from each other to the toilet while there were more toilets.. and when they went to the toilet they walked close to our table and one guy was really looking into our eyes.. creepy. but when we were out of the restaurant we were happy and biked back to our camping. We biked a little wrong but a nice old man told us how to bike and we went safe back to the camping. when we were in our tent I was so full that i didn't really had to eat anything more in the evening.

the third day

this day was a day without a plan, but the weather was so bad... i did read the flyer from the camping and saw that you swim with a bad weather somewhere with a roof! me and my friend decided to go there because swimming is nice and we couldn't really do anything else. So we were biking to the swimming pool but we already get wet before we reached it. The most difficult thing was to get our clothes off because everything was sticking together around our bodies. But when we finally reached the warm water we were quite happy. The had in the pool a hot tub which turns on every ten minutes and maybe you already can guess? yes that was our favorite place. We were there some 3/4 hours or more and then we went back because if we would stay longer it could rain again! The sad thing was that the ice cream looked really delicious but I didn't really wanted to get again that wet so we went back with our bike. When we were biking we thought we just went good until we didn't had a clue where we were anymore… That was a moment from a little bit stress and we biked still ahead. at a moment we were biking to a shoppingcenter because we thought we had to bike that way but then we discovered a whole new shoppingcenter that we've never seen before. We walked through the city because you couldn't bike there and my head was lighting up with seeing all those great bookstores and amazing other shops but then we came at the end of the shoppingcenter and we discovered… that we were again totally wrong and we asked a man the way and looked on the map somewhere and the man said that it was still a half hour away from that place. we looked at each other and did sighted deep. We biked the way the man told us to bike until we saw that there wasn't only a highway. We stopped biking and went to a gas station where we had some wifi and we were searching on the map how we had to bike. my friend texted her boyfriend that we were lost and a few seconds later he called us and asked where we were etc. And then we finally had someone who told us the way and we went back to our tent tired and a little dirty because our clothes and jacket was still wet from biking to the swimming pool. when we were at the camping we were happy and could laugh about it! the good thing from this was that we discovered a really nice shoppingcenter and we were tired so we slept really good that night.
we had to cook too and that went pretty well (if you keep some things away hahah)

the fourth day

this was the last day we had and we  were grabbing our stuff together and the most things were done before we knew. we had time left and we still knew the name from the city: Hoogeveen so we decided to grab the buss this time and went to the busstation, it was a pretty short bus trip! so we could have done that the day before too but.. we didn't knew that haha. One bookstore was just amazing we were one hour in the bookstore and i bought: the flirtcourse (in Dutch flirtcursus), and 29 gifts! amazing book, you should read it! the last book i bought was on the edge from the nothing (in Dutch op het rand van het niets) and we ate some ice cream and went back home because the parents from my friend would take us back to our home. We first wanted to make some pancakes but that went a little bit too bad so we threw everything away and ate our last breads. then we were hiding from the rain and thunder somewhere else because we didn't had a tent anymore and then her dad came. that was my holiday, let me know about yours!
